Among the most iconic pieces in our collection, the Sacred Heart with ex voto represents one of the decorative themes closest to us, which we have chosen to reinterpret through our aesthetic language.
Its origin lies in Mexican devotional iconography, where the sacred heart and ex votos have been symbols of protection, gratitude, faith, and connection to the unseen for centuries. These elements are deeply rooted in popular imagination and have, over time, also gained extraordinary expressive and decorative power.
Each heart is made on a wooden base and entirely covered with tin ex votos, applied and nailed by hand one by one by our artisans. The overlapping of the symbols creates a surface rich in details, reliefs, and reflections, making each piece unique and unrepeatable.
