For European customers only: in the event that you are not satisfied with your purchase, according to the provisions of the Consumer Code on the right of withdrawal (as per article 52 and following), by communicating your intention via the e-mail address firstname.lastname@example.org within 14 days from the delivery date, as per the courier's database, we can agree to get the goods back and give a full refund or a credit note of the same returned value to be used for a future purchase, with a validity of 6 months.
We are sorry but it is not possible to return an item shipped outside the European Union. Contact us for any doubt.
We always inform you that our products are handmade by artisans, therefore they may differ in size, color and have small irregularities in the details, when compared with the images.
You need to handle them carefully while opening the box and removing the wrapping.
In the event that you believe that the items ordered are damaged or defective, within 8 days of the delivery date, as per the courier's database, you can submit the complaint to us by writing an email to email@example.com with your order reference and including all pertinent evidence and images.
If the reported defect is confirmed, once the goods have been returned to us and received at our premises, we will proceed with sending a new item, if available, or if you prefer we will send you a credit note for the same amount as the returned goods. with a validity of 6 months.
In the event that the customer deems our products unsatisfactory, according to the rules of the consumer code on the right of withdrawal (Article 52 and following), communicating his intention via the e-mail address firstname.lastname@example.org within 14 days from the delivery date, as per the courier's database, we will be able to agree to get the goods back and grant a full refund or a credit note of the same value as the returned goods to be used for a future purchase, with a validity of 6 months .
It is understood that you will be entitled to a refund or credit note only after we have received all the returned goods and have verified their perfect condition and integrity.
The products must therefore be unused and placed in the original packaging with the original labels, in perfect condition for resale and adequately packaged for shipment, as we cannot refund items damaged due to inadequate protection.
We are also not responsible for lost or damaged products that are returned to us in an inappropriate manner.
The customer who intends to return the goods must wait for our authorization before sending it, which will be sent in a timely manner. The return costs will be borne by him.
Once the return has been authorized, the customer must promptly provide Pink Pampas with the tracking number of the shipment by e-mail relating to all returned goods.
We will refund your original payment method according to your bank's processing timeframe, within a few days of inspecting all returned goods.
