Only for European customers: if you are not satisfied with your purchase, according to the Consumer Code regulations on the right of withdrawal (as per article 52 and following), by notifying your intention via the email address shop@pinkpampas.com within 14 days from the delivery date, as per the courier's database, we can accept the return of the item and provide a full refund or a credit note of the same value to be used for a future purchase, valid for 6 months.
We are sorry, but it is not possible to return an item shipped outside the European Union. Contact us for any questions.
Please note that our products are handmade by artisans, so they may vary in size, colors, and have small irregularities in details compared to the images.
They must be handled carefully when opening the box and removing the wrapping.
If you believe the ordered items are damaged or defective, within 8 days from the delivery date, as per the courier's database, you can submit a claim to us by emailing shop@pinkpampas.com with the order reference and including all relevant evidence and images.
If the reported defect is confirmed, once the item is returned and received at our premises, we will send a new item if available, or if you prefer, we will issue a credit note for the same amount as the returned item, valid for 6 months.
If the customer finds our products unsatisfactory, according to the Consumer Code regulations on the right of withdrawal (as per article 52 and following), by notifying their intention via the email address shop@pinkpampas.com within 14 days from the delivery date, as per the courier's database, we may accept the return of the item and grant a full refund or a credit note of the same value as the returned item to be used for a future purchase, valid for 6 months.
It is understood that the right to a refund or credit note will only apply after we have received all the returned goods and verified their perfect condition and integrity.
The products must therefore be unused and placed in the original packaging with the original labels, in perfect condition for resale and properly packed for shipping, as we cannot refund items damaged due to inadequate protection.
Furthermore, we are not responsible for lost or damaged products returned to us in unsuitable ways.
The customer intending to return the goods must wait for our authorization before shipping, which will be sent promptly. Return shipping costs will be at the customer's expense.
Once the return is authorized, the customer must promptly provide Pink Pampas with the shipment tracking number via email for all returned goods.
We will refund the original payment method according to your bank's processing times, within a few days after verifying all returned goods.
