WHERE DO YOU SHIP FROM?
Every order is shipped from Milan, Italy.

WHAT SHIPPING METHODS ARE AVAILABLE?
We currently ship orders worldwide via DHL Express.  

HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
You will be able to check the shipping status step by step by entering the tracking number you will receive directly from DHL once the package has been shipped.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO SHIP AN ORDER?
Processing each order can take from 1 to 3 days.
All orders received after 12:00 will be processed the next day.
Orders placed on Friday will be processed the following Monday.
Orders placed on any non-working day will be processed as soon as possible on the following working days.

If our store is closed for a holiday period or any other reason, you will be informed via email or through the website, but you will always have the right to place your order, which will be processed and shipped as soon as we reopen the store.

WHEN WILL MY ORDER ARRIVE?
Average delivery times are 1-2 days for Italy (except for the islands, which will require 1 extra day) and 2-3 days for European countries.
In any case, international shipping times depend entirely on your location and the processing times of the local customs.

HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING COST?

Shipping costs will be calculated and included in the total at checkout.

The cost for any shipment within Italy is €12.00.
Shipping in Italy is free for orders over €130.00.

Please note that shipments to non-EU countries may incur additional costs upon receipt due to import taxes and/or customs duties required by the regulations and laws of each country.

All these additional or accessory costs will be paid directly by the customer to the competent authorities.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR THE DESTINATION ADDRESS
We recommend providing a reliable address for the shipment of the order, as we will not be responsible for lost or stolen orders. Please provide the most detailed information possible to allow the courier to make a correct delivery.

Physical addresses are preferred, as we cannot guarantee the safety of items delivered to post office boxes or parcel lockers.

I ENTERED THE WRONG ADDRESS, WHAT CAN I DO?
Contact us! If the order has not yet been shipped, we can send it to the correct address. 

UPON DELIVERY OF THE ORDER WITH THE COURIER
When your order is delivered, we recommend carefully checking the package before signing with the courier.
By signing, you accept receipt of the box as is.
If the box shows irregularities or appears broken or damaged in any way, we recommend accepting the delivery "with reservation."
