Every order is shipped from Milan, Italy.
WHAT ARE THE SHIPPING METHODS AVAILABLE?
We currently ship orders worldwide via DHL Express.
HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
You will have the possibility to check the status of the shipment step by step by entering here the tracking number that you will receive directly from DHL once the package has been shipped.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO SHIP AN ORDER?
Each order can take 1 to 3 days to process.
All orders received after 12pm will be processed the following day.
Orders placed on Friday will be processed the following Monday.
Orders placed on any non-working day will be processed as soon as possible on the following working days.
In the event that our shop is closed for a holiday period or for any other reason, you will be informed by email or through the website, but you will always have the right to place your order which will be processed and shipped as soon as we will reopen the shop.
WHEN WILL MY ORDER ARRIVE?
Average delivery times are 1-2 days for Italy (with the exception of the islands which will require 1 day longer) and 2-3 days for European countries.
In any case, international shipping times are totally dependent on your location and local customs processing times.

HOW MUCH IS SHIPPING?
Shipping costs will be calculated and included in the total at checkout.
The cost for any shipment in Italy is 6€.
Shipping in Italy will be free for orders over €60.

INTERNATIONAL DUTIES AND TAXES
We inform you that shipments to non-EU countries may involve additional costs upon receipt, due to import taxes and/or customs duties required by the regulations and laws of each country.
All these additional or accessory costs will be paid directly by the customer to the competent authorities.

DESTINATION ADDRESS INSTRUCTIONS
We advise you to provide us with a reliable address for shipping your order, as we will not be responsible for lost or stolen orders. Therefore, please provide us with more detailed information to allow the courier to make a correct delivery.
Physical addresses are preferred, as we cannot guarantee the safety of items delivered to PO Boxes or parcel lockers.
I HAVE ENTERED THE WRONG ADDRESS, WHAT CAN I DO?
Contact us! If the order has not yet been shipped, we will be able to send it to the correct address.
UPON DELIVERY OF THE ORDER BY COURIER
Upon delivery of your order, we advise you to carefully check the package before signing with the courier.
By signing you agree to receive the box as is.
If the box has any irregularities or if it appears broken or damaged in any way, we advise you to accept the delivery "with reserve".
