Contract Parties
This contract is between the customer and Pink Pampas by Giulia Patuelli, with registered office at via Paracelso 5, 20129 Milan, Italy, phone number 0282772726, certified email address pinkpampas@pec.it - VAT number 08597700965, registered with REA MI - 2539690, tax code PTLGLI82P49B157M.

Orders and Requirements
To purchase on the Pink Pampas website, the customer must be over 18 years old, have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract, have a valid email address, and possess a credit card, a PayPal account, or Apple Pay or Google Pay.

The prices of our products shown on this site include VAT and all other taxes required by Italian law.

The customer who purchases on the Pink Pampas site enters into an agreement with Pink Pampas and agrees that any dispute related to the use of this site will be governed by the current Italian law.

Regarding any cross-border dispute, any out-of-court resolution will take place pursuant to art. 434/2013 of the Civil Code (please check for the existence of an out-of-court resolution procedure). 434/2013 (please consult the following link http://ec.europa.eu.odr).

Pink Pampas reserves the right to confirm the availability of the ordered item.

If the item is not available, Pink Pampas will immediately inform the customer.

It is not possible to modify the order once it has been submitted.

Each order is considered a separate agreement.

Please note that our products are handmade and may have small irregularities in the pieces or their details.

However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will be happy to offer an exchange or a full refund, according to the conditions set out in the shipping and returns section.

Pink Pampas reserves the right to revise the terms of this contract at any time without any obligation to notify customers in advance.

Before placing any order, the customer must check for any changes or updates to this section.

Payment Methods
Payments can be made with credit cards through the Stripe platform, using Google Pay, Apple Pay, or PayPal.

It is also possible to pay by bank transfer: simply select the option at checkout to receive the bank details necessary to make the payment. In this case, the order will be processed once the payment is received in Pink Pampas’s bank account.

Transaction Security
All credit card transactions are handled by Stripe and PayPal and are encrypted and secure.

Pink Pampas does not collect or record the credit card data used for the purchase.

Delivery
Anyone at the delivery address who receives and signs for the goods will be considered by the courier and Pink Pampas as authorized to receive the order on behalf of the user.

We are not responsible for lost or stolen orders.

Additional Costs
The price you pay is the one specified on the website. You also agree to pay delivery charges and GST (only in Australia).

International customers are responsible for duties and taxes in their own country.

Copyright
The entire content of pinkpampas.com, as well as other social channels and Pink Pampas pages, including but not limited to texts, logos, patterns, artworks, illustrations, concepts, images, colors, fonts, designs, and pictures, are the exclusive property of Pink Pampas and protected by copyright.

Any unauthorized use or copying of any content in any way may be prosecuted by law.

Privacy
Your privacy is important to us.
Personal data is collected by Pink Pampas when an order is placed or when you subscribe to our mailing list.

We will handle your data solely for transaction purposes, to process your order, and to inform you about updates from time to time.

We will not share your data with third parties except intermediaries we work with to manage your order, such as couriers.

If you prefer to remove your data from our database, click the unsubscribe link in any email received from Pink Pampas.

Important Instructions for Opening Our Boxes
Our pieces are handmade from various raw materials, cut by hands with sharp edges, so we recommend exercising the utmost care when opening the box and removing the wrapping.

We disclaim any liability for damage to property or persons.

Fabric Washing Instructions
Please note that our fabric garments are dyed with natural colors extracted from fruit, plants, and flowers.

It is recommended to dry them clean or in cold water and not to mix them with other fabrics or pieces (they may lose color).
