Wooden Frieze "Shell Fragments"

Designed by Pink Pampas and handmade by our artisans in Mexico, the Shell Frieze with Milagros is born from the meeting of the charm of marine shapes and the imagery of Mexican folk tradition. Inspired by tropical shells and their sinuous lines, it reinterprets an element of nature as a decorative sculpture with a contemporary character, where art and craftsmanship merge into a single creative gesture.

Made of wood and entirely hand-finished, it is a three-dimensional artifact whose surface is finely carved in every detail, creating an elegant play of reliefs, cavities, and volumes that enhance its materiality. To embellish it, small milagros, traditional tin votive charms symbolizing protection and good luck, are applied and nailed one by one by the artisans, making each piece unique and unrepeatable.

Designed as a small wall artwork, the Shell Frieze can be hung alone as an iconic element or paired with other subjects from the collection to create a personal gallery of unique objects, bringing into spaces the charm of ancient craftsmanship reinterpreted through Pink Pampas’s creative vision.
