Processing each order can take from 1 to 3 days.

All orders received after 12:00 PM will be processed the next day.

Orders placed on Friday will be processed the following Monday.

Orders placed on any non-working day will be processed as soon as possible on the following working days.

The average delivery times are 1-2 days for Italy (except for the islands, which require 1 extra day) and 2-3 days for European countries.

Non-EU countries may require more than 3 days, depending on the country.

Returns are allowed only for European countries.
